  • Is there a shipping fee for online orders?

    • Products are delivered via cash on delivery through the agreed shipping service, warehouse, or directly from the factory.

  • How long does the average delivery take?

    • Depending on the product features, our customer advisor will inform you about the most suitable delivery time.

  • What happens after I place my order?

    • After payment verification, the process of cliché creation, printing, and packaging begins. The delivery time for custom printed products is max. 30 (twenty) business days.

  • Will my invoice be delivered with my order?

    • Your invoice will be physically sent along with your product and also transmitted to your registered mobile phone via the system.

  • Can I specify a different billing address than the shipping address?

    • If you provide a different shipping address during the order, the delivery can be made to that address.

  • When will the payment for my online order be deducted from my bank account?

    • The payment for your order will be deducted from your bank account immediately after our confirmation. Transactions made by credit card or mail order will be notified to you on the same day.

  • What should I do if my order arrived wrong or damaged?

    • If your order is incorrect or damaged, you can contact us via our WhatsApp support. You will need to file a damage report with the shipping company. Our team will assist you as quickly as possible.

  • How can I track the status of my orders?

    • Our customer advisor will stay in contact with you for custom printed products. Images of the products during the printing process and before shipping will be shared with you.
