Liability for Defects

You can naturally return the ordered goods in case of defects. Therefore, it is important that you thoroughly inspect your goods immediately after delivery. If they are incomplete, have transport damage, or if you notice any other defects, please refuse acceptance from the carrier service; otherwise, neither we nor the carrier can be held responsible for transport damage.

If you notice any issues, you must notify us within two days. Depending on the type of damage, we offer either replacement, exchange, or return of the goods.

If you mistakenly placed an incorrect order, we can find a solution for that too. Just give us a call! You can return these goods in the original outer packaging at your own expense.

However, there is no legal right of withdrawal in commercial transactions. This is a courtesy from our side. Therefore, please understand that we cannot accept opened packaging or inner packaging for hygiene reasons.

Additional notes on printed products:

  1. Print Quality and Defects In digital printing, occasional defects may occur (such as streaks or other irregularities) due to temporary malfunctions of the print head. Although these errors can be corrected by cleaning the print head, defective products are not automatically sorted out. The customer accepts that a small percentage of delivered products may be defective, which does not constitute grounds for complaint as long as the defect rate remains low.

  2. Quantity Deviations During the production process, there may be slight deviations in the ordered quantity. The customer accepts that quantity deviations of up to 3% of the ordered quantity are possible. Such deviations do not constitute a defect and do not entitle the customer to lodge a complaint or request a subsequent adjustment of the invoice.

  3. Exclusion of Withdrawal Rights for Personalized Products There is no right of withdrawal or return for products custom-printed according to customer specifications. This does not apply if the delivered products have obvious defects attributable to a manufacturer's error. In such cases, the defect will be rectified through replacement delivery.

  4. Color Deviations Due to the technical nature of digital printing and variations in screen display, slight color deviations may occur between the design displayed on screen and the actual print result. Such deviations do not constitute a defect and do not entitle the customer to lodge a complaint.
